Asbestech Limited have been awarded a ‘Framework Agreement’ to provide asbestos removal services to SEC PriDE. The contract runs until March 2012.
SEC PriDE is a joint venture between Interserve and Southern Electric Contracting and was established to manage the Ministry of Defence’s estate in the South East of England. The contract has a total overall value estimated at over £400 million. The principal activities of PriDE SEC are
- Land and property management
- Lifecycle maintenance
- Response maintenance
- Help desk
- Environmental management
Asbestech has successfully completed a number of large asbestos removal projects over the last couple of years for SEC PriDE and has developed a strong relationship with the operational teams.
